Parish and Local Authority Council Tax Band Charges 2024-25

This dataset shows each property’s council tax band—one of eight categories assigned by the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) and Assessors in Scotland according to their notional April 1991 sale value—along with the corresponding tax charge. Band rates were sourced directly from local authorities, with estimates used where parish-level data wasn’t published. Northern Ireland is excluded, since its rates bills use a “poundage” multiplier (pence per pound of valuation), which is provided in a separate table.
