Non-Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (NDEPC), mandatory for all non-domestic properties when built, sold, or let, rate energy efficiency from A–G, detail improvement measures, and indicate likely heating and lighting costs for prospective occupiers. Under current regulations, commercial buildings must achieve at least an E rating to be leased (rising to B by 2030), and this dataset comprises 18,666 commercial EPC inspections in Northern Ireland.
