Meet DoordaOnline’s new AI chat agents

We’re beta testing AI chat agents in DoordaOnline, designed to make finding, querying and extracting data faster and easier.

Ask a question in plain English and the agent will help turn it into a structured analysis. Every AI-generated answer links directly to the underlying query, so you can see exactly which datasets were used. You can then open the query in the notebook editor or SQL, inspect it and make any changes you need.

No black boxes—just faster access to data with complete visibility and control.

A few ways to get more from the beta

• Start with a specific question. Include the measure, location and time period you’re interested in for a more focused result.
• Check the underlying query. Verify the models, metrics, filters and assumptions behind every answer.
• Continue the analysis yourself. Open the result in the notebook editor or SQL to refine the query, add detail or create a reusable extract.
• Use it as a starting point. AI agents can speed up exploration, while DoordaOnline’s transparent workflow keeps you in control of the final analysis.
