Three distinct agencies currently manage Residential Energy Performance Certificates across England & Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. To simplify data access, querying, and extraction, we will soon introduce an additional single, merged dataset.

This consolidated dataset will be automatically refreshed whenever the underlying source data is updated. At launch, it will contain 81 columns and approximately 25 million rows.
