Combined UK Non-Domestic Energy Performance Certificates

Three distinct agencies currently manage Non-Domestic Energy Performance Certificates across England & Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. To simplify data access, querying, and extraction, we have merged the three datasets to offer a single table covering the whole of the UK.

This consolidated dataset will be automatically refreshed whenever the underlying source data is updated. This contains:

• 1.4 millions inspections
• 97% of which are unique addresses
• Inspections captured from 2008 onwards
