2026 Business Rates Revaluation Now Available

We've updated our commercial property dataset with the latest Valuation Office Agency (VOA) rateable values from the 2026 Revaluation, which came into effect on 1 April 2026. This revaluation—the first since 2023—reflects significant shifts in the commercial property market across England and Wales, with new rateable values set for the period through to 31 March 2029. Our dataset now includes over 2 million property records covering 116 local authorities and 29 counties, with an updated average rental value of £33,611 and average business rates of £10,225.

Key sector updates include Shops & Premises (397k records, avg rent £23k), Offices & Premises (355k records, avg rent £47k), and Warehouses & Premises (125k records, avg rent £79k). These updated valuations are drawn directly from the VOA's compiled 2026 rating lists, ensuring you have the most current data for business rates analysis, property benchmarking, and market trend insights.
